Students from 11th & 12th Standard get the Fellowship to complete education to persue further studies.

What We Do
The Parimal and Pramod Chaudhari Foundation (PPCF) established a Fellowship
program in the year 2021 to support students who wish to study further but have neither the means nor sufficient marks to make it to their chosen course.
While highly meritorious students receive numerous scholarships, the ones who do not qualify for traditional scholarships are left to an educational dead end. It is to these students that PPCF offers learning opportunities.
This Fellowship provides financial assistance to get the requisite education to become self-reliant in the least amount of time and begin contributing to their families’ financial well-being.
PPCF Fellowships is granted to students from schools, colleges, vocational training institute, within 100-kilometer periphery of Pune, and covers the entire educational cost of selected candidates.

Our Methodology
We liaison with schools, junior colleges, and vocational institutes to identify eligible students and streamline the fellowship selection process ensuring the program reaches those in need.
Eligible students undergo a scientifically designed selection process based on predefined criteria. The students along with a guardian go through an indepth interview, where they are assessed on their intent and aptitude along with the urge to be self reliant. Here, the family’s financial background is also verified. In addition, a home visit is conducted to assess the living conditions of the student.
The Fellowship is granted year on year based on academic performance. The under performing students are specially reviewed to understand the underlying issues, and are mentored and motivated to achieve the set goals.

हेमंत च्या बरोबर त्याचे काका आले होते. ते स्वतः एअरटेल मध्ये वायरमन चे काम करतात. ते सध्या या कुटुंबाला आर्थिक मदत करत आहेत. हेमंतच्या आई–वडिलांबद्दल त्यांना विचारले असता त्यांनी असे सांगितले की हेमंतचे आई–बाबा मूकबधिर आहेत. त्यांची करोना च्या काळामध्ये नोकरी गेलेली आहे. त्यांच्या या व्यंगामुळे त्यांना मर्यादा आहेत. त्यामुळे मिळेल ती नोकरी त्यांना करता येणं शक्य नाही. हेमंतला छोटी धाकटी बहीण आहे, इयत्ता चौथी मध्ये शिकत आहे. बनसोडे कुटुंब भाडेतत्त्वावर एका खोलीच्या घरांमध्ये राहतात. या खोलीला स्वतंत्र शौचालयाची व्यवस्था नाही. त्यांना सार्वजनिक शौचालयाचा वापर करावा लागतो. अत्यंत प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीमध्ये हे कुटुंब आपले जीवन जगत आहे.
हेमंत अतिशय स्वाभिमानी आणि कॉन्फिडन्ट आहे. त्याच्या या पुढील प्रवासासाठी व पुढे जाऊन कुटुंबाची जबाबदारी घेण्यासाठी, सक्षम बनवण्यासाठी ही फेलोशिप हेमंतला नक्कीच मिळावी असे आमचे मत आहे.
I’m Swapnali Shinde, a mother of a five-year-old daughter. I got married right after my graduation, but unfortunately, I lost my husband. My family includes my in-laws and my young daughter. My in-laws own an acre of farmland that they cultivate for livelihood. However, my in-laws have kept the money left by my husband in their control. So, even for daily expenses, I must ask for money. My in-laws have also prevented me from taking any kind of employment, as they are conservative.
My retired father has come to my assistance in these trying times. He used his PPF funds to cover my first-year Nursing course expenses. Though a heart patient himself, with high healthcare costs, my father supported my education. Despite all these hurdles, I am determined to stand on my feet. I am confident that I am a worthy candidate for this fellowship, and I certainly deserve it for my studies and a respectable future of self-reliance.
शंतनु त्याच्या आई सोबत मुलाखत देण्यासाठी आला. शांत स्वभाव, मुलाखतीसाठी व्यवस्थित गणवेश आणि चेहऱ्यावर स्मित हास्य. शंतनु विज्ञान शाखेतील १२ वी चा विद्यार्थी आहे. कोरोनाच्या काळात वडीलांची नोकरी गेली. त्यामुळे त्यांना काही पर्याय नसल्याने त्यांच्या गावी जावे लागले. आर्थिक परिस्थितीमुळे शंतनू आणि त्याच्या बहिणीचे शिक्षण सुटले. शंतनूचे वडील गावी शेतकाम करू लागले. पण शंतनूला शिक्षणाची खूप आवड, तो शेतीत काम करून वेळ मिळाला की शेतातच अभ्यास करायचा. नंतर कोरोनाच्या परिस्थितीत सुधारणा होऊ लागल्याने शंतनूच्या आईने मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी परत पुण्याला येण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. हडंपसर येथे १ खोली घेऊन ती मुलांसह राहू लागली.
त्याला विचारलेल्या प्रश्नाची उत्तरे तो अगदी बिनचूक आणि न घाबरता देत होता. १ वर्षांमध्ये वेळ वाया न घालवता केलेला स्वअभ्यास दिसत होता. भविष्यात काय करायचे असे विचारल्यावर IIT किंवा NIT मधून कॉम्प्युटर सायन्स करायची इच्छा आहे असे कळले. मार्गात कुठलाही अडथळा आला तरी न घाबरता आणि न डगमगता आपल्या वाटेवर कसे पुढे जात राहावे हे तो आम्हाला शिकवून गेला.
